Terms of Service

The service

Airzom reads documents — PDFs, Office files, images and scans — and returns clean Markdown, tables and JSON. Batches are queued and drained on the server, so closing the tab does not stop the work. Using the service means you accept these terms.

Accounts

Keep your credentials to yourself and your account details accurate. An account’s credit balance is shared by its members; inviting someone means trusting them with it.

Credits and billing

• Credits are prepaid. Packs of 2,000, 5,000 and 10,000 credits cost $5, $10 and $18. There is no subscription and nothing renews on its own.
• Credits expire 180 days after purchase. Packs stack, and spending draws from the earliest-expiring pack first. Signing up grants 200 credits under the same expiry.
• Reading bills by the page: 4 credits a page (up to 30 pages per request), or 6 credits a page with structured JSON output (first 8 pages per request).
• Pages the provider fails on are refunded to your balance automatically, including partial failures. Files with no matching pages are skipped and never billed. A job stuck in processing for over 15 minutes is treated as abandoned and refunded the same way.
• Credit refunds restore balance; they are not cash. Payment disputes and refunds for a purchase go through the provider that took the payment — Lemon Squeezy for card, your bank for a VietQR transfer. Write to support first and we will point the request the right way.

Guest usage

You can read up to 5 pages a day without an account, with uploads up to 3MB. Guest results are not stored. The daily quota is per person; scripting around it is the one guest rule.

Service limits

Up to 200 files per batch, 200MB per file and 1,000 pages per document. Anything past a ceiling is refused up front rather than billed and truncated.

Your content

Your documents remain yours. You grant us only what running the service requires: the right to transmit them through the processing pipeline described on the Privacy page and to hold results for the retention windows described there. We claim nothing else.

Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no probing other tenants’ data, no breaking quotas, no reselling the guest tier. Accounts doing any of that can be suspended.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as is, without a warranty of uninterrupted availability. Prices and these terms can change; material changes are announced on this page with an updated date at the top.
